Frequently asked questions

What happens after the 2-month trial?
Your account goes on standby, at no cost, since no card is required. Everything is kept and stays viewable: player files, evaluations, stats, practices, videos. Nothing can be edited anymore, and nothing is lost. To keep going, subscribe from the app whenever you want (1 or 2 teams, no commitment, no call needed); for a club with 3 teams or more, write to us at info@muleky.com and we put together a custom agreement. Everything switches back on, with nothing to redo.
Do I need to enter a credit card?
No. Signing up and the trial require no card. Only token packs are paid by card, through Stripe, if you buy any: Muleky never sees or stores your card number.
How many teams can I have?
One team during the trial, with unlimited players. After that, when you keep going on your own from the app: 1 or 2 teams, and 1 or 2 seats for your assistants. Beyond that, or for a whole club, write to us at info@muleky.com: the agreement is built around your program.
What happens to my data on standby?
It is kept and stays viewable: nothing is deleted when the trial ends. Videos are archived 12 months after the end of the trial or of the last agreement, with a warning one month before. An account with no sign-in for 24 months is deleted after two warnings. Everything follows Canadian privacy law: see the privacy policy.
