No. muleky works in the browser on your computer, tablet and phone. Ice mode and shot tracking are designed for the phone.

From a CSV file (exported from Excel or Google Sheets) or a screenshot of your team roster. You check the list before importing; adult staff are not created as players.

The 415 animated drills (U7 to U18), a built-in drill bank and drills shared by the community. You can also draw your own. See the drills.

Yes: a practice's ice sheet, a game's bench sheet and scorekeeper sheet, the shot map and documents can all be printed or saved as PDF.

Yes. muleky imports your association's schedule; for every practice and every game, you mark each player present or absent, and parents confirm yes, no or maybe from the parent portal (activities in the next 14 days). Absent players are suggested for removal from the lineup. Team messaging and automatic reminders are not available yet.

With shot tracking from the bench: shots and quality scoring chances for and against by period, shot map, save percentage, power play and penalty kill. You can also import a screenshot of your game stats (TPE). See games and shots.

It is in beta: video upload, player detection and jersey number recognition for the coach to confirm. It does not produce automatic stats yet; shot tracking remains the reliable way to follow a game. The video analysis console is in active development: we are aiming for a production release by the end of 2026.

The currency for features that have a real cost: AI and video analysis. Each request is billed for the work actually done, and nothing is charged if nothing is delivered. Every plan adds tokens each month, and permanent packs can be bought as needed. See pricing.

There is no fixed price per command: each action is billed for the work actually done, at the processing cost, margin included. AI features are marked ✨ and the cost appears afterwards in your history. Nothing is charged if nothing is delivered.

muleky tells you before launching the action, and nothing is charged. You wait for next month's tokens or buy a pack. Everything that doesn't use AI (drills, practices, evaluations, lineups, shot tracking, calendar) stays available.

No. Coach Nova suggests, drafts and answers; you review and you decide. It is not a doctor and makes no return-to-play decisions.

What the coach chooses to share about their child: strengths, next steps, tips to help at home, upcoming meetings. They can write to the coach. The coach's private notes are never shown.

Yes. Each parent gets a personal link and confirms their email with a 6-digit code on their first visit from a device. The coach can remove access at any time.

Players' information, most of them minors, is used only to provide the service. We sell no data and run no advertising. A parent can request access to, correction of or deletion of their child's information. Everything is explained in our privacy policy.

The coach or the organization, who enters the players' information and remains the families' point of contact. For a player under 14, consent must come from the person with parental authority. Details are in the privacy policy.

No. The excerpts needed for a request are sent to our AI provider to produce the answer, and are not used to train its models.

No. The screenshots on this site show a fictional team, the Bouviers de St-Bouvier: the players, the parents and all the data are made up. No real minors appear.

Yes. Paid plans include seats: each assistant gets a role on your teams, read-only or edit. See assistants and organizations.

No. The same account can run its own teams and hold a seat on another coach's team.

Yes. The Organization account brings together divisions, teams and coaches, with an overview for the technical director. The offer is put together with our team: write to us.

The trial ends on its own, at no cost, since no card is required. Your account moves to the more limited Free plan, and you choose a paid plan whenever you want.

By card, through Stripe. muleky never sees or stores your card number. Plans are billed monthly.
