muleky is operated by Malikio Inc. (Québec, Canada). The full, authoritative version of our
privacy policy is currently maintained in French;
in case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails. A complete English translation is coming.
In short:
- We collect only what the service needs: coach account details, player information entered by coaches (including evaluations and optional photos), parent contact details, uploaded game videos, and technical logs.
- Most players are minors: coaches and organizations confirm they hold the required parental consent before entering player information or videos. Parents may request access, correction or deletion at any time.
- We never sell personal information and never use it for advertising.
- Service providers acting on our instructions: Anthropic (AI features), Amazon Web Services (video storage and processing), MongoDB Atlas (database), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (anti-bot), Google Analytics (public site audience measurement, only with your cookie consent). Some are located outside Québec, including in the United States.
- Data is deleted within 30 days of account closure (backups: up to 90 days), except where the law requires retention.
