How do tokens work?

Every plan includes a monthly allowance. Each request is billed for the work actually done. Tokens pay for artificial intelligence (Coach Nova, development reports, development plans, documents) and video analysis. Unused tokens carry over — never reset to zero.

  • Actual work: each AI action is billed for the work actually consumed, at processing cost, margin included — no fixed price per command. The icon marks the features that use tokens.
  • Nothing is taken if nothing is delivered. A request that fails costs no tokens.
  • Video analysis: estimated at 10 tokens per started minute (minimum 50), tokens refunded if the analysis fails — uploading is free

Frequently asked questions

What happens at the end of the trial?
The trial ends on its own, at no cost: your account moves to the more limited Free plan, and you choose a paid plan whenever you want.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from “Mon forfait” (My plan). Paid access remains until the end of the current period. Details are in the terms of use.
Are unused tokens lost?
No. Your plan's tokens carry over from one month to the next, and purchased packs never expire.
Why does the cost of an AI action vary?
Because each action is billed for the work actually done: a short question costs less than a complete practice. AI features are marked ✨, and the cost is shown afterwards, in your token history.
